He coordinated containment (credential resets, EDR quarantine, egress controls), executed a clean-build/upgrade path for affected components, and closed configuration gaps with hardened baselines, certificate hygiene, and continuous monitoring playbooks. His post-incident report translated complex technical risk into clear business impact and remediation priorities. When the CrowdStrike issue triggered widespread endpoint instability, Justin stood up a structured triage and rollback plan within hours. He prioritized mission-critical assets, built safe-mode and out-of-band recovery workflows, and deployed scripted fixes through our management stack to restore services in waves without re-introducing risk. Just as importantly, he established concise, cadence-based communications for executives, mission owners, and helpdesk—reducing confusion and accelerating decision-making.
